Our security guards a trained in report writing and incident documentation, tactical communication, customer service, use of force consideration, power of arrest, Trespass to Property Act and much more.
In-house training courses are scheduled semi-annually to ensure new strategies are fresh in our employees’ minds so you can receive the best possible service.
Training Details
We take great pride in our security personnel and our teams. Gemstar Security Services is an entity comprised of trained, licensed and vetted individuals.
In addition to the forty-hour training program as per Ministry requirements, our security personnel are given opportunities to enhance their skills in the following areas enabling them to confidently carry out their duties:
